First Foxconn Construction Information Sessions Held, More Scheduled Throughout State

This week, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and M+W | Gilbane, in partnership with Racine County and the Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC), held the first of 12 construction information sessions.

Approximately 500 individuals representing potential subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and professional service providers attended the April 3 info session in Sturtevant.

Speakers from Gilbane, M+W Group and the Department of Administration presented the bidding process, basic construction information and the nature of Phase One of construction on Foxconn's Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park.
