DNR Approves Straddling Community Water Diversion Application from City of Racine

This week, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) approved the City of Racine's application to divert Lake Michigan water to serve the Village of Mount Pleasant and issued responses to comments submitted regarding the application.
