Racine Investor Sees Boost Thanks to Foxconn

Racine County real estate investor Jon Henderson is selling off his portfolio of investments at a time when the market is extremely active. As reported by the Milwaukee Business Journal, "new investors are moving in thanks partially to the jobs Taiwanese tech manufacturer Foxconn Technology Group is expected to create in its Mount Pleasant campus."

Henderson credits national exposure generated by Foxconn with attracting investors' attention to the area. "It's a whole new world," he said of the Racine County real estate marketplace. "I get calls weekly on the properties. Finally a focus is on Racine County, whereas Kenosha has been relatively strong for years."
