Local Educational Institutions Now Preparing Students for Future Jobs

Educators from institutions including Gateway Technical College, Racine Unified School District, the University of Wisconsin - Parkside, the Prairie School and Siena Catholic Schools all recognize what an incredible opportunity Foxconn Technology Group brings to their students: an opportunity to learn and grow into high-demand, skilled jobs right here at home .

“It was Foxconn that brought to light the idea of future advanced manufacturing skills in automation and robotics for us and we then received funding through Mount Pleasant, through the State of Wisconsin’s incentive program for Foxconn to locate here,” said Bryan Albrecht, President, Gateway Technical College. “That investment is now being made in our facilities and programs.”
