January to Mark Start of Roadwork, Utility Construction
Utility work and road construction will soon start in and around the Foxconn project site. WisDOT Discusses Planned Improvements

Foxconn Makes $60 Million in Funds Available
On Friday, Foxconn made $60 million of funds available for deposit, as required by the Development Agreement. Legal counsel for the Village of Mount Pleasant and Racine County are now working with the title company to establish the required Escrow Account, where funds will be deposited.

Upcoming Transportation Meeting
On Thursday, December 14, WisDOT will be hosting a Public Involvement Meeting (PIM) to discuss proposed plans for the upcoming work associated with the I-94 North/South project, including frontage roads in Racine and Kenosha County.
