Maximizing Efficiency of Roadway Improvements
As a result of the Foxconn project, there will be a great need to enhance County and Village infrastructure, including local roadways and highways. In order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness as well as resources, the Village and County are assigning temporary jurisdiction of certain highways to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) so the state agency can leverage its expertise and resources to carry out the needed improvements.
