RCEDC Partners with ManpowerGroup to Conduct Workforce Analysis

Technology is rapidly transforming industries, occupations and in-demand skills across Wisconsin. We can't slow the pace of change, but Racine County leadership has committed to investing in necessary resources to build up the existing workforce and developing a talent recruitment program.

In a joint partnership, ManpowerGroup, Racine County, and the Racine County Economic Development Corporation are leading an in-depth workforce analysis to strategically assess the impact of talent supply and demand across multiple industries throughout Racine County.

The analysis will review 2017 and 2018 talent supply and demand and provide a future-forecast of existing and potential talent pools. To position Racine County as a top destination for employers, the workforce analysis will drive the creation of a sustainable pipeline of competitive talent in key, in-demand skills clusters in the near and long term.
