WisDOT Awards $168 Million Contract to Michels Corp.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) announced it has awarded Michels Corp. with a $168 million contract to conduct reconstruction work on I-94 . Michels Corp., based in Brownsville, Wisconsin, was the lowest bidder for this road work package.

Work included in this contract will consist of 8.1 miles of I-94 between Racine and Kenosha Counties, near the Foxconn project site.
